iOS reserves widget refresh budget per app. Glean wakes the widget within ~5 minutes via silent push. If it's been longer, open the Glean app once — that always force-refreshes the widget. If it still doesn't update, check that notifications are enabled (Settings → Notifications → Glean) since the widget refresh uses the same delivery path.

The free tier caps your circle at 5 mutually accepted friends. Glean is intentionally a small-circle product. Premium raises the cap to 15. Manage your circle (or upgrade) in Settings → Account.

Because the cap is the product. Apps that try to scale the friend graph drift toward Twitter; Glean is designed to stay inside Dunbar's inner ring. We never plan to raise the cap above 15.

Settings → Delete account inside the app. The deletion is irreversible. If you can't access the app, email support@glean.app from your Apple ID address.

Open the friend's row in your Friends list → tap the menu → Block or Report. Blocked users cannot send you drops; reported drops are reviewed within 24 hours.

iOS occasionally needs prompting. From the Share Sheet, scroll to the bottom and tap "Edit Actions…" or "More" — enable Glean. If it's still missing, force-quit Glean and reopen it once.

Glean extracts metadata from the page's OpenGraph tags. Some sources (X.com in particular) actively block scrapers, in which case you'll see a URL-card fallback with the domain and favicon instead of a hero image. Tap "Open in source" to view the original.

The subscription state usually updates within seconds. If it hasn't, tap Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email support@glean.app with the Apple ID email you purchased under.

iPad widget support is on the V2 roadmap. Android and web are not planned — the home-screen widget on iOS is the wedge, and that surface doesn't generalize cleanly.
